FE Pálava Seniors
In 1999, a group of former dancers of the Pálava ensemble decided not to end their artistic activity and, under the leadership of Květa Škápíková, founded another section of the ethnographic association.
What happened next?
The group, which currently has 18 members, consists of a women's choir and 7 pairs of dancers. This section is accompanied by the cimbalom band Píšťalenka as well as a bagpipe band with piper Radim Bartoš.
The repertoire of this section consists of folk customs and dances from Hanácké Slovácko, Podluží and dances of the Moravian Croats.
The ensemble takes part in cultural events in Mikulov, domestic and international festivals, and organizes many leisure-time activities.
